Dit wordt ook de vraagzijde van de markt genoemd. AI levert bijdragen aan de het kaart brengen van de vraagkant van de markt, door marktanalyses te maken en de vraag (of klant) beter en sneller te herkennen via verschillende verkoopkanalen. Door realtime relevante klantgegevens, uit onder andere CRM-systemen, te verbinden aan historische aankopen, klantinteracties aan het gedrag op de verkoop- en service kanalen kan AI ervoor zorgen dat klanten zich snel herinnerd en begrepen voelen. AI kan grote hoeveelheden klantgegevens snel verwerken en analyseren, waardoor patronen, trends en inzichten kunnen worden ge\u00efdentificeerd die anders moeilijk te detecteren zouden zijn. AI kan zo ook bijdragaen aan voorspellende analyses en ook het marktsentiment uitvoeren op klantfeedback en -interacties om de emotionele toon en sentimenten van klanten te begrijpen. AI-gedreven marktplaatsen breng gemakkelijk vraag en aanbod bij elkaar, zoals datingplatforms dit doen.
